    For products purchased only through the official website, please click "Brand Customer Service" to contact us through the official LINE , inform the customer service partner of your return needs and request a return application form, and we will provide you with services as soon as possible.

  2. After completing the return process, how long will it take to receive the refund?
    Nourish
    partners will refund the order according to the original payment method within three working days after receiving the returned product, and will notify you via customer service LINE@ upon completion.
  3. Do I need to pay the logistics fees myself when handling a 45- day guaranteed return?
    The return shipping fee is borne by us. However, if you met the free shipping threshold when you originally ordered the goods, and the total consumption of the goods retained after the return does not reach the free shipping threshold, then we will need to make up for the shipping logistics fee of the original order. This is The amount will be deducted from the purchase credit or credit card amount in subsequent refunds.

    Yes, in order to protect the fairness of consumption and gift rights of each customer, regardless of whether the gift is opened or not, as long as the order amount does not reach the full gift threshold after applying for return, you must assist us in returning the gift together when returning the product.

Instructions for deducting logistics fees for guaranteed returns

When handling returns, if your original order met the free shipping threshold when placing the order, you do not need to pay the return logistics fee.

However, when you only partially return the goods and the total amount of goods retained does not reach the free shipping threshold, we will need to deduct the logistics fee of the original order, and this amount will be deducted from the purchase money or credit card amount in subsequent refunds.

Return example:

The items ordered in the original order were sunscreen isolation lotion $880*2 + primer spray 880*2 + face cream $2,180*1 + bright eye essence $1,680*1 , and the total order amount was $7,830 .

If you only apply for a return of the Brightening Essence, the total order value is $7,830-$1,680=$5,700 , and the free shipping threshold is $5,000 , no additional logistics fee will be deducted for this return, and the refund amount will be $1,680 .

If you apply for a return of the Bright Eye Essence and Face Cream, the total order value is $7,830-$3,860=$3,970 , which does not meet the free shipping threshold of $5,000 . A shipping fee of $80 will be deducted for this return, and the refund amount will be $3,860-$80=$3,780 .

Exceptions to the Guaranteed Return Commitment

Under the following exceptions, you may not be able to successfully complete your return application:

  1. Not yet a Nourish member (the order was purchased as a guest )
  2. Products not purchased through official channels
  3. The time to apply for return exceeds 45 days after the order is completed
  4. The order is an overseas order
  5. The same product has been returned in the past, please apply again.
  6. The returned items do not match the return details
